Really bad experience. When we arrived to Reception there was 4 or 5 staff members. No one ask the bags and all. Just gave room key and ask us to go upstairs. Room not in good condition. No carpet even. TV is working. Ac control not 100% working. Staff do there Owen things. Morning meal we inform to ready 7 am. We went to restaurants 7.20 only that time they went shop to buy some breads. Overall this is really bad experience. Location is really good. But maintaining and staff behaviors are the worst. Room cleaning staff, never seen. Not recommended. Not worth for money.

I stayed there with a group of my guests. The place is located in the beach and view from the room is awesome. Easily accessible. Parking space is limited. Receptionist (I don't remember her name) is very kind and attentive. She arranged everything we needed from wake up call to early breakfast. Rooms are spacious. But the immediately needed some renovations. Linens are not up to standards. Bathrooms are bit smelly. Hot water is not working very well. But their service is awesome.

We relished our time there. The staff was always eager to assist us. The dessert was fantastic, and the food was good. The atmosphere in the hotel was pleasant and calm. I wish hotel management gave cleaning more consideration. The sea view was breathtaking and quite peaceful. Looking forward to returning.

Had a bad time. We lost $1000, $800 from one room and $200 from another, while our doors were locked. We were at the pool, but none of the cameras showed our room doors. The rooms smell bad, and the bed linens are old and stained.

I recently had a cozy stay at Grace Beach Resort, and I must say I had a great time. The hotel has a few rooms and I took 9 rooms of them, which was just perfect for me. The food was normal, but it was still tasty and satisfying. However, what stood out for me was the friendliness of the staff and the manager. They were so warm and welcoming, and they always made sure to ask for my preferences and needs before taking any action. After verification, they promptly arranged everything to my satisfaction. Another highlight of my stay was the pool. It was quite good, with a depth of 5ft, and it was sparkling clean. I really enjoyed taking a dip and lounging by the poolside.

Friendly staff. There services is ok. Foods are lack of test. Dishes are not clean. Room also not that clean. Some AC are broken. Some Rooms are smelliy. Overall I will give 1 star.

Two cleaning women's came into the room without knocking. We complain over the phone and no reply for that. Very poor attitude in staff. Staff argue each other. Location is good. AC is not enough to cool the room evenly. Bathroom is dirty. Very little parking space. Worse thing is there is poor mobile signal in the location.
